 Aside from the online store, does Threads have a physical store?

Yes you can visit our showroom at 3rd Floor Alphaland Southgate Mall (near MRT entrance) 2258 Chino Roces Corner EDSA, Makati City.

What forms of payment does Threads accept?
Threads offers Bank/Online Deposit, Cash on Delivery or Credit Card via PayPal. Currently, we do not accept cheques.

When will Threads ship out my items once I placed an order?
If paid via Bank or Online Deposit
Threads will allot three (3) business days for the buyer to pay via bank deposit or online transfer. Once paid, the items will be shipped out one (1) day after you have sent your payment confirmation slip. If not paid within the three (3) allotted days, the items will automatically be delivered via Cash on Delivery.

If paid via Cash on Delivery
Threads will ship out the items one (1) day after the order has been made.

If paid via PayPal
Threads will ship out the items one (1) day after the order has been made and paid for.

Is there a shipping fee?
If within Metro Manila, a shipping fee of P100 will included. If outside Metro Manila, P200. If you would like your item to be shipped internationally, we can make arrangements - Email us at shop@heythreads.com for a quote to your country!

When will Threads deliver the items to my location?
Threads works with a fantastic delivery partner, Ninja Van. For deliveries within Metro Manila, the delivery takes 1-3 business days and 5-7 business days outside Metro Manila. You may track your order via https://www.ninjavan.co/en-ph/ using the tracking number sent to you.

How do we ensure that the items are authentic?
Threads has a pool of skilled curators who double checks the authenticity, quality, overall condition, and even the smell of the items. Each item should pass this quality control check before it can featured on our website and store.

How do we know if the items will fit?
To ensure the quality of the clothes are maintained even in pop-ups or at the store, Threads does not allow trying unless over clothes. With this, we can help to get the measurements of the garment you are interested in, just simply email us at shop@heythreads.com and we will be happy to help!

Does Threads accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns for items that are damaged or do not fit. Item must be returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Item can be exchanged for another item, no refund. For sale items (items with additional discount), all sales are final, no returns or exchange.
